This is a 30-minute booking for earwax removal on one or both ears for anyone aged 12 to 65. Providing you have no allergies or pre-existing ear-related medical conditions, it may be beneficial for you to use olive oil or sodium bicarbonate based drops at least 3 days before booking an appointment. Rebooking may be required if the wax is hard and impacted, and there is no charge for the first extra session, provided you have followed further management guidance. Booking terms: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a full charge. However, it may be possible, to reschedule your appointment after 48 hours at the discretion of the manager. 50% of the appointment cost applies if there is no wax present, to account for the appointment time used and the admin required. The impressions will be given to you on the day for you to post to your supplier with the order number you have. 2. Anyone requiring new or different earmoulds for their NHS hearing aids. If you would like add-ons such as non standard colours or stickers on the earmoulds then extra charges will apply. The impressions will be sent for processing and you will be notified when to collect and try on.
