This appointment is a group session (limited to 5 participants), to help those of you with tinnitus to relax. Quite often there is some anxiety around tinnitus and we forget to breathe well and tense up. During this session we will explore different breathing techniques and work on relaxation. We also have an 'Understanding Tinnitus' appointment which can be booked alongside this session where we explore tinnitus in a bit more detail.

Preserve your hearing and prevent tinnitus with some custom medical grade silicone earplugs. You have a choice of two earplugs:- 1. NoiseBarrier: These custom silicone earplugs filter sounds via a hocks hollow chamber. 2. ACS Pro *26: These custom silicone earplugs have interchangeable filters attached. *26 is the recommended filter level, lower levels are also available.
