DAY 1 // LIVE DISTANT LEARNING // 09:00 - 17:00 Participants learn about the anatomy of the ear, common ear conditions, earwax types, and the principles of microsuction. Day 2 // IN CLINIC (the day after the theory session) // 09:00-17:30 Practical sessions provide hands-on training in which to apply theory, with specialised equipment, ensuring proficiency in the procedure. Emphasis is placed on patient safety, infection control, and communication skills.
