Cancellation Policy
The price includes your impressions, postage and fitting appointment. During this appointment the audiologist will check the health of your ears and if it is OK to proceed, impressions will be taken of your ears. In some cases, it may be necessary to remove earwax before impressions can be taken; this microsuction service is chargeable. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a £50 charge.
