Providing your child has no allergies or pre-existing ear-related medical conditions, it is required that you use olive oil drops for at least 7 days before booking an appointment. Rebooking may be required if the wax is hard and impacted, and there is no charge for the first extra session, provided you have followed further management guidance. Booking terms: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a full charge. This appointment is for ear impressions only. It is suitable for:- 1. Anyone that has ordered a custom made earplug from another supplier and needs to send ear impressions to them. The impressions will be given to you on the day for you to post to your supplier with the order number you have. 2. Anyone requiring new or different earmoulds for their NHS hearing aids. If you would like add-ons such as non standard colours or stickers on the earmoulds then extra charges will apply. The impressions will be sent for processing and you will be notified when to collect and try on.
